Yes! I first meet with you and your pets over a $0 Zoom video call, and then schedule an in person meet and greet for $20. This is where you will be provided with a lock box for your keys and you will have a chance to get better acquainted with your sitter!

I care for dogs, cats, small animals, pocket pets, and yes, farm animals! As an added comfort, we are bonded and insured with the Business Insurers of the Carolinas which does cover farm animals!

Barks n’ Bounds LLC does NOT care for horses. I believe horses require specialized care and may be better suited for an equestrian only provider.

Absolutely! We are insured with Pet Sitters Associates. This comes at no extra cost to you, but adds a boost of confidence in our services!

At this time, I do not provide overnight services. What I DO offer are my day stay services! With your choice of 2-8 hours at a time, I care for your pet in your home and am able to provide additional enrichment, ongoing training, or extra time for any medical requirements.

You can choose to do multiple day stay visits in the morning and evening which allows for meal and playtime, potty breaks, and time for your pet to feel comfortable and relax!

No. Due to liability issues I am unable to share services. I care greatly for your pets and want to ensure both your home and pets are safe and sound!

I am able to give oral and topical medications.

I do NOT administer any injectable medications such as insulin or antibiotics.

I understand that plans do change, but I have booked with you and may have turned away other business! Because of this I do not provide refunds for my services.

There are no refunds for clients leaving home later or returning earlier than anticipated. This policy applies to the entire amount listed on your invoice. Cancellations due to extreme circumstances may have the total amount due credited towards the next services or be refunded under Barks n’ Bounds LLC discretion. I accept credit card payments through my Time To Pet software, mobile payments and cash left in an envelope labeled Barks n’ Bounds LLC!
