My name is Katie, I am a certified Canine Trainer and Behavior Specialist. My background includes reactivity, anxiety and fear, and abuse rehabilitation alongside long term training. I specialize in shelter and rescue dogs with high levels of stress and a requirement of patience.

I take a positive approach that includes YOU. You, as the dog owner, will feel confident in the training skills you’ll learn with my guidance. I believe dog training should be within reach for every dog owner. You’re here, you’re wanting change. You’ve got this. All you have to bring is the dog and the issues, I’ll take it from there.

Basic & Advanced Obedience

6 Weeks - $510.00

For dogs of all ages! The first 3 weeks will cover all the basics including leash walking, sit, stay, down, leave it, and come.

These skills are beneficial for everyday life and give you a sneak peak into what your dog is capable of.

The last 3 weeks teaches advanced obedience skills such a loose leash walking, heel, clean downs and front, extended stays, and finishes.

Reactivity Training

This is best suited for dogs experiencing ongoing reactivity. This can include dog to dog/human aggression, leash or fence reactivity, resource guarding of objects or food, fearful or anxious reactivity, and more.

After assessing your dogs’ behaviors and we will come up with a plan to alleviate and correct this behavior through means of positive reinforcement.

6 Weeks - $600.00

Group Classes

Socialization in a group setting puts your dog’s skills to the test with added distractions and stimulation. This also offers your dog a chance to socialize in a controlled, structured environment.

Dogs will be on leash and there will be no nose to nose greetings! We will put basic and advanced obedience in practice and take group walks in both indoor and outdoor settings.

Puppy Training

For puppies aged 1 year and younger, these sessions focus on building a fun, trusting relationship between you and your puppy.

We’ll go over basic obedience, potty and crate training, leash walking and greetings, social etiquette, and desensitize your pup to sounds, touch, and objects. You’ll learn how to reinforce desirable behaviors and get a guide to adulthood.
